Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchase
  • Items not fitting or not meeting personal expectations

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our products and we take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the damage/defect

We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as they begin processing immediately in our 3rd party warehouse.
